Terms of Service.

tl;dr

Use the site reasonably. We don't guarantee FPL Coach AI launches on a specific date. We're not responsible if you lose your mini-league based on what an app suggests. Be nice. UK law applies.

1. Who this agreement is between

These terms are between you and si187 Enterprises Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, trading as si187 Apps. By using this website, joining the waitlist, signing up for Labs, or using any of our products when launched, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use si187apps.com lawfully. You won't:

3. Waitlist and Labs sign-ups

Joining the waitlist or Labs programme is free and creates no purchase obligation. By signing up:

4. Forward-looking statements

This is a pre-launch site for a studio building products in public. Many things on this site describe what we intend to build and when — including FPL Coach AI's August 2026 launch target. Plans change. Launches slip. Features get rebuilt or dropped during development. None of the dates, features, or roadmap commitments on this site are contractually binding.

If a major change happens, we'll communicate it to people on our waitlist and Labs list, and update the site.

5. Intellectual property

The si187 Apps name, logo, fingerprint mark, "Apps worth using." tagline, and the design and content of this site are owned by si187 Enterprises Ltd. You may share links to the site freely. You may not republish substantial portions of our content, our brand assets, or our design without written permission.

If you contribute ideas, suggestions, or feedback to us — through the Labs programme, by email, or anywhere else — you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve our products. We won't claim you wrote our products, and we'll credit you publicly when feedback materially shapes a feature (with your permission).

6. App-specific terms

When FPL Coach AI launches, it'll have its own end-user licence agreement covering app-specific topics: subscriptions, in-app behaviour, data sync, App Store rules, and so on. Those terms will apply in addition to these. We'll publish them at si187apps.com/fpl-coach-ai before launch.

FPL Coach AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, the Football Association, Fantasy Premier League (operated by the Premier League), or any club. The "Fantasy Premier League" service is a trademark of the Premier League. We're a third-party tool that helps users make decisions in that game.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee:

FPL Coach AI is a coaching tool, not a guarantee of results. We surface information and trade-offs. You make the decisions. The outcomes — good, bad, or somewhere in the middle — are yours.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, si187 Enterprises Ltd is not liable for:

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, is not limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally — for example when we launch a paid app, add new features, or comply with new regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated via email to people on our waitlist and Labs list.

Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site and email us to be removed from any sign-up lists.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, the waitlist, or Labs at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we reasonably consider harmful. You can leave the waitlist or Labs at any time by emailing [email protected] or using an unsubscribe link.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you're a UK consumer this doesn't affect your right to bring proceedings in your local courts under UK consumer law.
