What comes next
Researching

Four apps shipped in 2026. 2027 is about deepening them — a full season of FPL Coach AI, iterating on what users tell us — and choosing the next thing genuinely worth building.

FPL Coach AI — full 2026/27 season of feature updates and improvements
WC26: The Journey — post-tournament review and what we learned
My Pet Maze and Save Santa — iterate on player feedback
Next app chosen through Labs, community input and validation — announced only when real
Still one app at a time in focus, even with a broader catalogue

Our process

How we decide what
gets built next.

We don't pick the next app based on market size reports or investor interest. We build from a specific question: is there a group of people who need this badly enough that they'd tell us unprompted?

01
Listen first, always
Ideas don't come from brainstorms. They come from hearing the same frustration from enough different people. We track patterns in what our community tells us — through Labs, through support, through social.
02
Validate before building
Before writing a line of code, we talk to potential users. Not "would you use this?" — that question is useless. Instead: "tell us about the last time you struggled with this." Real stories, not hypothetical preferences.
03
The si187 filter
The idea has to pass our internal filter: is the existing solution genuinely bad, or just imperfect? Can we build something meaningfully better — not marginally better? Is there a clear "coach not oracle" version of this product?

Ideas under research

What's in
the incubator.

These are directions we're actively exploring — not commitments. They get built only if validation tells us they should. Tell us which resonates with you.

Researching
Sports betting decision support
Not a tipster. A tool that helps you understand implied probabilities, value, and when the market is wrong — so you can bet more intelligently if you choose to. The coach-not-oracle principle applied to betting markets.

Personal finance clarity
Not a budgeting app. A tool that cuts through financial noise — helps you understand what your money is doing and what trade-offs you're actually making, without telling you how to live your life.

Draft sports (NFL / NBA)
Applying the FPL Coach AI philosophy to US daily fantasy and season-long draft sports. A huge market with the same fundamental problem: too much raw data, not enough coaching.
